Handy and Unobtrusive : Arrow Hanger AH12/R Instahanger Clothes Hanging System
Great idea - saves space while being right where you need it, when you need it.
However, the operation they used when creating this item is median at best. The plastics and movement of the arm feel cheap and it has a construct flaw: one of the two screws for bolting it to the wall is towards the top, under the arm that pivots out. Try getting a screwdriver in There to tighten it down!
I was never able to get it tightened all the way down, so I have a feeling I will be dealing with mounting issues again in a year or two. We'll see.
